| Abstract: | Facing fierce competition at home and abroad,city commercial banks should adopt what kinds of development strategies and development path in cross-regional operation? Using the SWOT analysis method,with the bank Chongqing Branch of Hankou as an example,this paper analyzes the city commercial bank’s own advantage and defect,external challenges and opportunities,and explores development strategy and path selection of the city commercial banks in cross regional operation. |
