| Abstract: | The author discussed the influencing factors in the process of real estate development from the perspective of transaction cost.In addition,the author tried to quantify the transaction costs that can be measured factors.The paper also made use of correlation analytical method of grey system theory to solve the problem of the factors that influence degree of house prices. |
