高校教育公平影响因素及改善建议

教育公平是我国高等教育发展的必然价值追求。基于人力资本投资、成本分担的高等教育发展理念,对影响我国高校教育公平的相关因素进行研究,认为社会阶层差异、政府财政投入体系、国家的大学生资助政策是影响高校推进教育公平的主要因素,并提出了改善这一现状的建议与措施。

Influence Factors on Advancing Education Equity of the College and Improvement Suggestions

Education equity is the value pursuit of the development of higher education.Based on human capital accumulation and cost sharing — the guidance of higher educational philosophy,an inquiry was made on the influence factors of education equity of higher education. It is concluded that the major influence factors included social estate difference,financial investment system,financial policy about college student. The suggestion and solution to promoting the status quo were put forward in the paper.
