大型海水淡化装置流场数值模拟及其优化

摘    要:以往对提高海水淡化装置特别是多级闪发装置(MultiStage Flash MSF)效率的研究多局限于提高热效率的方面,或者是采用化学的方法,而忽视了从流体力学角度,通过改变闪发腔内流动情况来提高效率. 本文利用计算流体力学软件Phoenics 采用数值方法模拟闪发式海水淡化装置内的水流特性, 并分析闪发室内阻流板的设置对水流的湍流度与流动损失的影响,从而为闪发室的设计提供合理的依据.

Abstract:By optimization of the flow structure in a flashing chamber, a method was proposed to improve the efficiency of the seawater-desalting setting, which is different from the traditional methods with limited consideration of the thermal efficiency improvement and chemical methods applied. The characteristics of the seawater flow in a flash distillation devices were simulated by a commercially available CFD software: Phoenics. An analysis was conducted for the effects on the flow structure and loss caused by the installation of blocking boards, which will provide a rational basis for the design of flash chambers.
