氢化物原子荧光光度法测定食品、化妆品中砷含量

摘    要:文章应用XGY-1012型原子荧光光度计在选定条件下测定了食品、化妆品中的砷,研究了硼氢化钾浓度及载气流量的影响,检出限分别为10.8ug/kg(食品)及54.0ug/kg(化妆品),加标回收率在93.3%~104.6%之间.

Abstract:In this paper,the content of Arsenic in foodstuff or cosmetic in choosen condition by XGY-1012 atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry is determined, and the effect of potassisum borohydride and carrier flux is studied. The detection limit of 10.8 ug/kg for foodstuff and 54.0 ug/kg for cosmetic are obtained. The mean recovery is between 93.3% and 104.6%.
