摘    要:装配式建筑是在国务院和住建部等相关部门提出的绿色、低碳节能建筑及建筑信息化和工业化的背景下应运而生。装配式建筑具有工期短、低碳环保、精简人员、质量可靠等优点,但目前也存在一些问题,其中较突出的一个问题是装配式建筑较传统建筑成本高。首先通过文献检索和现场调研,建立装配式建筑成本评价指标体系,然后通过层次分析法计算得出各指标的权重,最后基于模糊TOPSIS法对四个位于福建省内的装配式高层建筑项目距离最优成本的贴近度进行计算并排序,同时对结果进行分析并给出建议。研究结果表明,按照给出的装配式建筑评价指标进行成本评价具有一定的科学性和适用性,研究的方法能方便地对各装配式建筑项目进行成本评价,研究成果将为进一步研究其它装配式建筑的成本方案比选提供借鉴。

Abstract:Prefabricated buildings came into being under the background of green, low-carbon and energy-saving buildings and building informatization and industrialization proposed by the State Council and the Ministry of housing and urban rural development..Prefabricated buildings have the advantages of short construction period, low carbon environmental protection, streamlined personnel, and reliable quality. However, there are still some problems. One of the more prominent problems is that prefabricated buildings are more expensive than traditional buildings.First, through literature search and field research, the index system of prefabricated building cost evaluation is established, then the weight of each index is calculated by AHP. Finally, based on the fuzzy TOPSIS method, the closeness degree of the distance optimal cost of four prefabricated high-rise building projects located in Fujian Province is calculated and sorted, and the results are analyzed and suggestions are given.The research results show that it is scientific and applicable to carry out cost evaluation according to the given evaluation index of prefabricated buildings, and the research method can conveniently carry out cost evaluation for each prefabricated building project, and the research results will provide reference for further research on cost comparison and selection of other prefabricated buildings.
