摘    要:全球人口的快速增长对自然资源施加了不可控制的压力,特别是增加了粮食、水、土地和能源的全球需求。为此,从水资源安全利用的角度出发,揭示连接用水服务流的供应方和受益方之间的相关关系,以受到水和能源双重压力的典型区域——安徽省宿州市为例,运用德尔菲法,构建基于水-粮食-能源级联关系的水服务流矩阵,分析了用水部门和生态系统供给服务之间的相关影响程度。研究结果表明:(1)梳理与粮食安全密切相关的生产用水、生活用水和生态用水的用水服务流,建构其与养分、材料和能源3个方面构成的生态系统供给服务之间的安全矩阵;(2)宿州市的生产用水与生态系统供给服务之间存在强协同和强协同关系,特别是与粮食生产直接相关的农业用水,饮用水与供给服务之间呈现较强权衡关系;(3)用水服务部门和能源供给之间呈现较强的竞争关系。矩阵的建立可为生态系统服务流定量化提供理论基础,有利于生态系统服务流定量化的开展。

Abstract:The rapid growth of the global population is putting uncontrollable pressure on natural resources, especially increasing global demand for food, water, land and energy. Therefore, from the perspective of safe use of water resources, a case study in Suzhou city, Anhui province under double pressures from water and energy, reveals the relationship between the supply side and the beneficiary of water service flow, using Delphi method, building a matrix of water service flow based on water-food-energy nexus ,analyzing the extent of the correlation between the water sector and ecosystem supply services. The results show that: (1) combing the water service flows of production water, domestic water and ecological water that are closely related to food security, and constructing the security matrix between them and the ecosystem supply service composed of nutrients, materials and energy; (2) there is a strong synergy between production water and ecosystem supply service in Suzhou City, especially agricultural water directly related to food production, and there is a strong trade-off between drinking water and ecosystem supply services; (3) there is a strong competitive relationship between the water service sector and energy supply. The establishment of the matrix can provide a theoretical basis for the quantification of ecosystem service flow, and is conducive to the quantification of ecosystem service flow.
