600 MW超临界锅炉汽温特性的数值模拟

摘    要:应用数值模拟方法,研究了一台600 MW超临界锅炉中间点温度和过热汽温的变化特性,发现在燃水比及给水焓变化后,中间点温度与过热汽温度的变化方向一致,但过热汽温的变化幅度较大.结果表明,燃水比对过热汽温有较大的影响,而中间点温度能反映出燃水比是否合适.因此,在超临界机组的运行中,控制好中间点温度,就可较好地控制好过热汽温.

Abstract:With the exercise of numeral simulation, this paper aims to investigate the changing characteristics of a 600 MW supercritical boiler in terms of intermediate point temperature and overheated steam temperature. The investigation demonstrates that when fuel-water ratio and feed-water enthalpy change, intermediate point temperature and overheated steam temperature will vary in the same direction, while the latter varies greatly. The results reveal that fuel-water ratio has a lot to do with overheated steam temperature and that intermediate point temperature is able to show whether fuel-water ratio is appropriate or not. Therefore, in the operation of supercritical coal-fired boilers, the control of intermediate point temperature can determine overheated steanl temperature.
