| 摘 要： | 武术是中国传统体育民族瑰宝。而初级剑术套路由于动作数量多，动作连接多，每个动作的变化也多。按照传统教学方法教初级剑，教学效果不够理想。笔者在教学实践中逐渐摸索出初级剑教法三步骤，从而取得了较满意的教学效果。

| Abstract: | Wushu is Chinese traditional physical education and it is something extraordinarily precious in our country. Due to the large number of actions. So many connections and the great variations in action, it is difficult to gain the expected teaching results by using the traditional Elementary Swordplay teaching method. So through teaching practice I come to master the three steps on Elementary Swordplay teaching. By using that method I gained the satisfied teaching effect. |
