| 摘 要： | 通过对国内外优秀男子跳远运动员影响腾起垂直速度系数的对比分析发现．我国优秀男子跳远运动员助跑绝速较低．在起跳过程中身体重心水平速度损失较少．运动员的快速起跳能力差．提出提高跳远运动员的绝对速度和快速起跳能力是解决我国男子运动员腾起垂直速度较低的根本途径．

| Abstract: | By comparing the ratios of the factor that influence the jumping vertical speed between the national and international athletes, we can find such problems that exist in the men jumping athletes of our country: their speed of the auxiliary running is relatively low; the loss of the horizontal speed of the body center during the jump-off is relatively few; their ability of the explosive jumping-off is poor. In order to solve these problems, we conduce that to improve their absolute speed and explosive jump-off ability are the fonder mental solutions. |
