| 摘 要： | 以邻苯二甲酸酐为原料，合成了2—取代—1，3—茚二酮，再经烷基化反应合成了2—取代—2—碘甲基—1，3—茚二酮．产物结构经红外光谱、核磁共振光谱和质谱得到了证实。

| Abstract: | 2-Substituted-1,3-indandiones (1) were synthesized from the phthalic anhydride, and then reacted with diiodomethane to give the title compounds 2-substituted-2-iodomethyl-1,3-indandiones (2). Their structures were confirmed by IR, ~1 H NMR and MS spectra. |
