摘    要:应用火焰原子吸收光度法测定了桔梗中锰、锌、铜、镍和钴的质量分数.干桔梗根不经任何处理,用水冲洗干净后加入HNO3浸泡,消化,直接测定.结果表明,该法的回收率在96.3%~105%,相对标准偏差在1.8%以下.结果可靠,方法简便,可用于实际样品的测定.

Abstract:The mass fraction of trace element Manganese, Xinc, Copper, Nickel and Cobalt in radix platicodi was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Dry radix platicodi was flushed and soaked in nitric acid, digestion liquid was determined. The results showed that the average recovery detrtmined with standard addition mode was 96.3 % - 105.0 %, the relative-standard deviations for the determination were no more than 1.8 %, the method is simple and reliable and can be used in the determination of practical samples.
