| 摘 要： | 从技术评估面临的伦理困境、逻辑发展的历程和评估标准3方面，分析了伦理建制在技术评估中的必要性，提出要加强技术评估人员的道德修养，提高其道德水平以及制定相关的技术评估中的伦理评价标准来加强伦理建制在技术评估中的作用。
