| 摘 要： | 本文给出一种新型的控制板式渐开线少齿差齿轮变速器装置.该装置由内齿轮、外齿轮、控制板及曲轴四个主要零件组成.由于控制板式输出机构的各个相对运动表面都是平面,面积大、易加工、又采用液体静压润滑,因此该装置具有承载能力大、效率高、结构紧凑等特点.本文还简述了它的工作原理,导出了控制板的动力和效率计算公式及设计方法.

| Abstract: | A new kind of involute planetary gearing device, controlled by a board is presented. It consists of four main parts: external gear, internal gear, control board and crank. The output mechanism with control board is compact and easy to operate. Its relative motion surfaces are flat, and has larger bearing capacity and higher efficiency. Principle of operation, formula for evaluation power and efficiency, and method of design are also presented. |
