钢纤维轻骨料混凝土的强度和变形性能

摘    要:采用人造膨胀珍珠岩作粗骨料 ,同时掺入随机乱向分布的短钢纤维 ,配制成一种新型的多相材料复合的混凝土——钢纤维轻骨料混凝土 .对新型混凝土材料进行立方体抗压强度、劈拉强度、弯折强度、轴心抗压强度和弹性模量等试验 ,研究其强度、变形等力学性能 .试验结果表明 ,采用轻骨料和加入钢纤维后 ,混凝土的强度和变形等力学性能的改善 ,效果十分显著 .

Abstract:A new multiphase material composite concrete is prepared by adopting artificial expanded perlite as coarse aggregate and mixing into it the randomly distributed steel fibers simultaneously. Strength and deformation as mechanical performance of this new concrete material are studied by the tests of cube compressive strength, split and tensile strength, buckling strength, axis compressive strength, and modulas of elasticity. Strength and deformation as mechanical performance of concrete improved significantly after adopting light aggregate and adding steel fibres, as shown by results of tests.
