钢筋保护层厚度的测试及主要影响因素分析

摘    要:制作3块混凝土试验板,采用钢筋保护层厚度测试仪测试混凝土板的钢筋保护层厚度,考虑了钢筋直径和钢筋间距的变化对测试数据的影响,并对测试结果进行分析,得出了钢筋直径和钢筋间距对测试钢筋保护层厚度的影响规律.为准确测试钢筋保护层厚度和评价结构实体混凝土质量提供了试验依据.

Abstract:Three concrete slabs were made,and cover thickness of these slabs was tested with testing instrument for cover thickness. The effects of change of bar diameter and spacing on testing data were taken into account,and test results were analyzed. Effect laws of bar diameter and bar spacing on cover thickness were acquired. This research results can provide some experimental basis for exactly testing cover thickness and evaluating concrete quality.
