人力资源管理与企业绩效关系的SD模型

摘    要:为了科学分析人力资源管理与企业绩效的内部作用机理,构建了人力资源管理和企业绩效关系的SD模型,阐明了各流率受流位控制的线性关系.人力资源管理系统的总体结构表明:对于与企业绩效有同向关系的人力资源管理模块,企业必须加大管理力度;同时要减少与企业绩效有反向关系的人力资源管理模块对企业绩效的负作用,以增加企业绩效.该研究进一步明确了人力资源管理与企业绩效之间的作用关系.
