Geldart—D颗粒在长立管料斗系统中悬料态初始条件的研究

摘    要:三种Geldart-D颗粒在21m长的料斗-立管系统中悬料状态的初始条件4的实验已研究表明:初始悬料区时,气体的压力梯度与料斗中颗粒的静态高度和孔板的孔口直径无关,气体在立管中的流速可用Kwauk‘s方程计算。

Abstract:The incipient condition of hung-up regime for three Geldart-D powders has been experimentally studied in a 21m long standpipe and hopper system.Experimental results show that the pressure gradient at the incipient hung-up state is independent of the stagnant height in the hopper and the diameter of orifices,while correspondingly gas velocity in the standpipe can be predicted by Kwauk's equation.
