氟石膏分解特性的实验研究

摘    要:研究了炉内气氛、CaF2 质量分数、温度和时间对氟石膏分解特性以及堆积状态、CaF2 质量分数对用氟石膏所配生料的分解和煅烧性能的影响。结果表明:气氛是影响氟石膏分解的关键因素;氟石膏中CaF2 质量分数为2 %时,分解率和脱硫率出现低谷;氟石膏分解的最佳参数为近中性(微还原)气氛、CaF2 质量分数为 6%~9%、恒温1300℃煅烧2h。料层越薄,氟石膏所配生料的分解率和脱硫率越高;CaF2 质量分数在1.63%~2.18%时,生料煅烧产物中的硅酸盐矿物含量低,CaSO4和f-CaO的含量高;CaF2 质量分数在 3.27%时 ,生料煅烧产物中的硅酸盐矿物含量最高;生料中CaF2 含量高有利于f-CaO的吸收。

Abstract:A muffle furnace was used to calcine samples of fluorgypsum and various raw composition compounded by fluorgypsum. The operating conditions such as the atmosphere, content of CaF2,temperature, calcining time and the packing state ,which brought great influences on the reactions, were studied. The results indicated that the atmosphere in the furnace is one of the key factors on the fluorgypsum decomposition. The decomposition ratio and desulfuration ratio were in the lowest point with CaF2 content of 2% The optimum parameters of fluorgypsum decomposition were near neutral(slight reduction) atmosphere .with CaF2 content of 6%~9% and calcining at the temperature of 1300℃for two hours. The thinner the material packing layer was, the higher the decomposition ratio and desulfuration ratio were. When the raw mixture containing 1.63%~2.18% CaF2, the content of the silicate mineral was lower, whereas the content of CaSO4 and f-CaOwere higher. However, the content of the silicate mineral reached the highest with raw mixture containing 3.27% CaF 2. It is beneficial for absorption of f-CaO to use raw mixture containing higher CaF 2.
