Research on Telecommunication Based on JAVA

This paper discusses how a network communication is implemented on the basis of java language under programming interface of network operating system which realizes TCP/IP network protocol. The design and application of java is successfully combined with Internet. Internet protocols such as Telnet,FTP, WWW etc.are supported by Java with network classes in which there are various methods . While these methods are called flexible ,a telecommunication is Implemented.Furthermore .using telnet protocol for the network communication is also discussed in this paper.
