摘    要:应用YAE—2原子吸收解析仪自动萃取食品中的镉.结果表明,镉在PH8~9的氨缓冲溶液存在的条件下被EDTA富集柱富集,用 1mol/L硝酸溶液作洗脱载液,测定食品镉含量在 100~2000μg/kg之间时,线性关系成立.标准差为0.0042 mg/kg,均值为 0.217 mg/kg,变异系数 1.93%.检出限为 5 μg/L.本方法适用于各种食品中镉的分析,是一种在线高速解吸的分离分析技术.

Abstract:YEA-2 atmotic absorption-desorption meter was used in this paper to automatically abstract the cadmium in food. The results show that the cadmium was enriched by EDTA enrichment column in ammonia buffer solution(pH8~9). We used 1 mol. L HNO3 solution as the elution caner,when cadmium in food was at 100-2000 μg/kg,thecontent and the maximum value of absorption were in line. When the contont of cadmium is food was 0. 5 mg/μg;the standard deviation was 0. 042 mg/kg the average value was 0. 217 mg/kg;the coefficient of variabillity was 1. 93% 3the limitation was 5 ug/L The method has good degree of accuracy,rapid analytical speed,high sensitivith and wide linear range. It's applicable to the analysis of cadmium in ail kinds of food.
