摘    要:“德性教师论”倡导教育的完整性,教师从智德信行的高度对人的生命的创生.数学教师专业发展是指数学教师专业成长或数学教师内在专业素质结构不断完善的过程,“德性教师论”教育观应是数学教师专业发展观,因而数学教师的教育信念、人文精神和自我更新是数学教师专业发展的重要因素,反思性实践与加强合作是数学教师专业发展的有效途径.

Abstract:"Teacher Professionalism "advocates the integrity of education and the creation of human lives from the view of intelligence,morality and faith.The professional development of mathematics teachers is a process of professional or internal quality improvement.As "Teacher professionalism" is a key to the professional development of mathematics teachers,their educational ideas,humanistic spirit and self-renovation play an important role in the professional development.As a result,reflection practice and good co-operation will be an effective way to promote the professional development.
