考试作弊现象的博弈模型

将考场作弊者与监考者作为博弈双方，利用博弈论的理论方法，建立了作弊现象的数学模型。认为影响作弊现象的主要因素为作弊收益、考场执法力度、执法成本等因素，提出了加强选才的科学性，注重考场制度建设，适度确定惩罚力度等减少作弊现象的积极措施，特别提出对作弊者的惩罚力度不是越大越好。惩罚力度既要对作弊者起到惩戒的作用又要考虑能让执法者在情理上认可接受。

Gambling Chess Model on Cheating in Exams

Considers cheaters and proctors in exams as two parties of a gambling chess model;a mathematical model was set up based on the theory and methods of Gambling Chess.The main factors of cheating in exams were cheating benefits,the strength of carrying out the regulations in the exam room, and the cost.The measures to lessen cheating in exams were put forward in the paper such as improving the scientific ways of selecting competent people,paying more attention to the construction of regulations in exam room,and defining the strength of punishment properly.Strong punishment does not mean better results.While punishment strength should play a role in punishing cheaters,it should also be applied by the proctors sensibly.
