非线性双容水箱建模与预测控制

摘    要:应用流体力学理论对双容水箱液位系统进行力学分析,采用机理建模方法,建立非线性数学模型。应用实测数据拟合模型参数,采用三组仿真,实测阶跃响应曲线,验证了机理模型.采用有约束一步非线性预测控制算法,并考虑了控制工程中多种实际约束问题,对双容水箱液位系统进行了实际控制。实验结果初步验证了控制算法,并进一步验证了模型的有效性。

Abstract:By using hydrodynamics theory, the mechanics principle of two-tank system was analyzed and the system nonlinear mathematics model was established. The parameters of the system model were gained from the metrical data, three curves of simulation and real-time proved the validity of system state equation and reasonableness of control method in special control area. Constrained one-step nonlinear model predictive control algorithm was proposed. And input constraints, input rate constraints and output constraints were considered. Experiments in the real tank system proved the correctness of the method and effectiveness of the proposed controller.
