明胶分离膜的制备

摘    要:首次报道明胶单独用作分离膜材料,对所选用明胶的粘度、粘度下降值、含水量、pH值、冻点等性能指标全面表征,铸膜液组成及铸膜工艺条件是影响分离膜性能的重要因素,通过实验选择了合适的铸膜液明胶浓度、温度和pH值,并对适量Cr_2(SO_4)_3添加到铸膜液可使明胶膜耐水性、强度及抗生物降解性明显提高的原因进行深入分析。

Abstract:A new membrane material ,gelatin,is reported Firstly.Suitable gelatin was characterized by determinations of its viscosity, viscosity drop,moisture content,pH,setting point and iso-electric point. The separation properties of gelatin membrane are affected by the composition of casting solution and the casting conditions.. And the optimum temperature ,pH and gelatin concentration of casting solution were chosen. After cross-linked by using Cr2(SO4)3, strength and water-resistance of getatin membrane are improved obviously . Its reason was studied.
