MnS添加方式对Fe-Cu-C-MnS烧结钢力学性能影响

摘    要:比较了混合法及预合金法添加MnS的Fe-Cu-C-MnS烧结钢中MnS分布特点和钢的力学性能的差异。结果发现:采用混合法添加MnS时,存在于铁颗粒间的MnS将影响铁颗粒间的烧结,降低了铁颗粒间连接强度,降低了烧结钢的力学性能;而采用预合金法添加MnS时,MnS均匀分布于烧结体内部,对铁颗粒间烧结影响很小,故不影响Fe-Cu-C-MnS烧结钢的力学性能。

Abstract:The difference between MnS distribution and mechanical properties of Fe-Cu-C-MnS sintered steels with admixed and pre-alloyed MnS is compared.It is found that when MnS is admixed,MnS particals between Fe powders affect the sintering of Fe powders,so the bounding strength of Fe powders and mechanical properties of Fe-Cu-C-MnS sintered steel is lowered.While MnS is pre-alloyed,MnS is distributed inside Fe powder,it has no influence on sintering between Fe powders and mechanical properties of sintered steel.
