浅议多元化民营企业的战略性人力资源管理的实现

摘    要:介绍多元化经营的概念,并在分析了民营企业多元化的起因和环境的基础上,探讨了其突出的人力资源问题:管理混乱、绩效和薪酬漏洞、缺乏战略思考等最后针对问题,提出解决问题的方法:提高管理者的素质、建立统一的管理中心、加强企业文化建设等,实现战略性人力资源管理。

Abstract:This article introduces the concept of diversification, and on the basis of analyzing the origin and the environment of diversified private enterprises, disc, usses its incisive human resource management problems: manage chaos, performance and salary loophole, lack of strategic thinking etc. At last, to the problems, puts forward the methods to solve the problems: improve the quality of governor, establish unified management center, and strengthen the enterprise cuhure construction. Achieve strategic human resource management.
