| 摘 要： | 针对目前我国软件IT企业需求的尴尬和高职软件人才培养的滞后的状况，在分析了其中缘由的基础上，从软件IT企业的需求角度出发，本文阐述如何使高职学生成为软件IT企业需要的合格人才。软件IT企业需要的合格人才所具备的三种能力：写质量较高代码的能力、自己动手解决问题能力和团队合作的能力，并在实际的教学方面取到了明显的效果。

| Abstract: | According to the current problem of the Software IT enterprise demand awkwardness and the lag of Higher Vocational Education in China, analyzing the cause of it , the papers describes how to cultivate higher vocational students to become qualified talents of the Software IT Enterprise at the angle of the Software IT enterprise demando The qualified talents of the Software IT enterprise have three ability： writing highquality code ability ,solving the problem by myself abilityl and cooperation ability. At last it has achieved obviously effects in practical teaching. |
