摘    要:为提高环氧丙烯酸树脂的光固化性能,采用顺丁烯二酸酐对环氧丙烯酸树脂进行改性,作为光固化涂料的预聚体,结果表明这种改性后的环氧丙烯酸酯比传统酯化反应制备的环氧丙烯酸酯有双键含量大和光同化速率优越的特点,着重讨论了环氧丙烯酸酯树脂的合成工艺,以及树脂合成中反应温度、催化剂和阻聚剂的选择,研究了酸值在实验过程中的变化.

Abstract:In order to improve the UV curing capability of epoxy acrylate resin, the epoxy act-ylate resin modified by maleic anhydred is used as oligomer of UV curing coating. The result shows that the modified epoxy acrylate resin possesses higher double-bond content and better UV curing rate than traditional epoxy acrylate oligomer made by traditional estefification. The synthesis process of epoxy acrylate resin , choice of reaction temperature, catalyst, inhibitors, the effect of change of acid value during experiment and time of UV-curing on resin properties are discussed.
