| 摘 要： | 目的：运用时辰药理学为制定最佳给药时间和合理给药方案提供参考。方法：从时间、药动学及药效学和给药系统等方面分析临床用药时间和方案。结果：提高了疗效,减少了毒性和药物用量。结论：合理运用时辰药理学可使临床用药更加有效、安全、经济、合理。

| Abstract: | Objective:Chronopharmacology was used to draw down the best time for the medicine application.Methods:Time and ways of medication were analyzed in terms of chronology,pharmacokinetics,pharmacodynamics and medicine application.Results:provide the efficiency and reduce the side effects and dosage.Conclusions:The reasonable use of chronopharmacology could make the clinical medication safer,more effective and economical. |
