滑石块冲击破碎实验分析

摘    要:利用自行设计的落锤实验装置、标准筛和电子天平,对单个滑石块进行了冲击破碎实验,讨论了实验过程中的质量损失、破碎后新生表面积和破碎后颗粒的累计质量百分比分布,并利用最小二乘法对累计质量百分比分布曲线进行了回归分析。结果表明:在实验装置吸附、塑料袋吸附和筛子吸附三部分质量损失中,筛子吸附最大,实验装置吸附最小;质量损失所产生的新生表面积不能忽略;破碎后颗粒的累计质量百分比分布取决于能量的大小,能量相同则质量分布相近,其分布曲线的三次回归方程除常数项外,其它各项系数绝对值大小与能量大小正相关。

Abstract:Impact crushing experiments of single talcum are conducted by using self-designed experimental instrument of drop hammer, standard sifters and electronic scale. The loss of mass during crushing experiments, newborn surface and distribution of accumulative mass percentage after crushing, are further presented The percentage distribution of accumulative mass is regressively analyzed by using least square method. As is concluded in the paper, the loss of mass in the strongest with that of plastic absorption of experimental instruments is the weakest, while that of the sifters is the bags in the middle. The new-born surface resulted from the mass loss could not be neglected. The percentage distribution of accumulative mass after crushing ity makes a close distribution. The absolute value of each coefficient, is determined by the energy, whose similarexcept the constant coefficient, which belongs to three order polynomial regression equation, is in direct positively proportional to the energy.
