小麦异交群体连续歧化选择的遗传效应

摘    要:利用太谷核不育基因构建的遗传变异丰富的基础群体DNS2,进行了连续五轮歧化选择。本文综合选择结果,研究株高等性状在连续歧化选择中的效应。农艺性状的数量分析结果表明,各选择性状进展基本上与预期选择方向相符,选择同时引起了群体间非选择性状的差异。综合分析表明,对增加株高、增加或降低小德密度的选择效应比较明显。对株高的二向选择引起了性状间相关程度的变化。

Abstract:A base population was established through multi -parent croosing by using Taigu dominant male -sterile wheat, and then five cycles of 2 -way selection for four quantitative characters were conducted. The divergence of agronomic characters is the open -pollinated wheat population was studied by quantitative analysis. ;The results of quantitative analysis for agronomic characters showed each selective character basically made progress in correspondence to the way as expected. Selection also caused the divergence among the characters, which were not selected. The selective effect was evident for the selection of increasing the height of plant, and both increasing and decreasing the density of spikelet. Accompany with the selection of plant height, some correlated characters changed. According to the results of multiple regression analysis and correlation analysis, the number of grains per plant, the kernel weight per head and the number of kernels per head had significant effects on the grain yield per plant.
