| Abstract: | The Chondromyces sp.was isolated from a piece of rotting wood collected in Wuyi Mountains in August 2008.In the process of purification,we found that Chondromyces sp.could not live and produce fruiting bodies unless cultivated together with an unknown bacteria.Once the two species grew together,the unknown bacteria could be purified easily but not the Chondromyces sp.by traditional methods.Later,the unknown bateria was identified as Pseudomonas stutzeri using 16S rDNA sequense identification.It belongs to a... |
