Ca—GA,Ca—IAA处理小麦种子的生理效应

摘    要:用CaCl_2加入到赤霉素溶液中,可提高小麦萌发种子的淀粉酶活性,并且提高小麦芽鞘的过氧化氢酶活性。Cacl_2加入到吲哚乙酸溶液中也提高小麦芽鞘的过氧化氢酶活性以及束缚水含量。

Abstract:The activity of Amylase which causes wheat seedlings germinate and the activity of catalase (CAT)in malt sheath are improved when treated with gibberellin solution added Calcicum chloride. The activity of CAT and the content of binding water can also be improved when treated with indole acetic acid (IAA) solution added calcium chloride.
