| 摘 要： | 该文运用模糊理论及多指标、多层次综合评价法原理,对上海松江房地产业发展状况进行了综合评价.利用模糊综合评价法,将人们对松江房地产业发展状况主观认识上的不确定性,或模糊认知性,转化为精确、可信的,且较为符合松江房地产业发展现状的评价结果.

| Abstract: | This article employs the fuzzy theory and principles of multi-index and multi-level comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the development status of the real estate industry in Songjiang District, Shanghai. The aim is to transform the subjective uncertainty and blurry vision of the development status of the real estate industry in Songjiang into accurate and credible evaluation in accordance with the status quo of real estate industry development of Songjiang. |
