| 摘 要： | 利用透射电镜研究了中国血蛤成熟精子的超微结构,研究结果表明中国血蛤的精子为原生型,由头部、中部和尾部构成.精子头部由顶体、亚顶体腔和细胞核组成.顶体呈圆锥形,电子密度比较均匀,顶体长度约为细胞核长度的5/8;亚顶体腔内含有中等电子密度物质;细胞核呈圆柱形,核长度为(1.36±0.05)μm,核宽度为(1.24±0.07)μm(n=42).精子中段由4个近椭圆形的线粒体和2个相互垂直的中心粒组成.尾部鞭毛为典型的"9+2"结构.

| Abstract: | The ultrastructure of the mature spermatozoon of Hiatula chinensis was observed by transmission electron microscope,and the result is that sperms are of typical primitive type,consisting of three regions: head,middle piece and tail.The head is consisted of acrosome,subacrosome space and nucleus.The acrosome is conical with uniform acrosomal materials,and the length of the acrosome is about 5/8 to the length of the nucleus.The subacrosome space contains materials of medium electron density.The nucleus is cyl... |
