摘    要:本文根据松软底板条仲下单体支柱使用过程中存在的问题,建立了圆柱形平底支柱对底板岩体作用的力学模型,通过对煤层底板破坏机理的研究,提出了一种解决支柱钻底让压问题的新型结构柱鞋,并对其井下使用效果进行了分析。

Abstract:A mechanic model for the action of props with the Cylinder flat base on the coal ceam floor rockmass was established, acocrding to the problems existed in the prop operation under the soft floor condition.By st- udying floor rockmass failure mechanism of coal seam,the paper proposes one kind of prop shose with new structure which has solved the problem of yie- lding due to floor penetration. The effect of use of the shose in coal mine underground has also been analysed.
