| 摘 要： | ］本文对亚里士多德的法治思想作了述评，亚里士多德充分揭示了“法治”的含义，指出法治的理由和法治的具体实行，并进一步评价亚里士多德法治思想的历史功绩，以及形成这一思想的原因和历史影响，最后指出对我国具有积极的借鉴意义。
