内蒙古村镇损毁土地界定及复垦整理技术探析

在分析内蒙古村镇土地利用现状的基础上,采用问卷调查,并辅以统计汇总、归纳总结等方法,以全新的视角界定了村镇损毁土地的基本概念,并对损毁土地产生的原因进行深层次的剖析,根据研究区域特点和损毁土地类型及损毁程度,有针对性地提出了不同类型的土地复垦整理技术和模式,进而提出村镇损毁土地复垦整理的对策和建议.通过研究发现,内蒙古村镇损毁土地数量大、类型多,其整理复垦潜力大,是增加农用地,特别是耕地及城乡用地挂钩的重要土地资源之一.

Definition of the Land Boundary of Towns and Villages Damaged in Inner Mongolia and Research of Land Reclamation Technology
