锥腔式涡旋加捻管的实践与初步认识

摘    要:在保证纺纱质量和自动引纱的前提下降低断头,是涡旋加捻式静电纺能否进入中试的主要关键。本文根据流体力学的涡旋理论、管道局部阻力系数的变化规律和振动学原理,分析了加捻管磨损起槽的成因及规律、捻不匀大的原因和降低的途径,并通过增加引纱孔负压、减少出流和射程等措施,设计了新的加捻管,使纺32支纱时的断头从500根/千锭时以上降低到50根/千锭时左右。

Abstract:On the premise of ensuring the yarn's quality and automatical threading, the effective reduction of the amount of broken ends is the crux of whether the vortex twisted static electricity spinning can go into the intermediate test. Based on the vortex theory, the rule of variation of the tube's partial flow resistance coefficients and the vibration principle, this article has analyzed the regularity and cause of the wear of the twister, the reason of the high unevenness of twist resulted, and the way to reduce it by increasing vacuum at the threading hole, and decreasing the discharge and its range of the tube. We have desingned a modern twister which has reduced the end-breaking rate from 500 to 50.
