| 摘 要： | 本文用波动光学方法导出了位相光栅的夫琅和费衍射光强公式,并对结果进行了讨论.发现位相光栅的衍射光强比非相位线光栅衍射光强大4倍,位相的变化对衍射光强起调制作用.

| Abstract: | In this paper,using wave optics' theory derives the diffraction formula of the phase grating.The results show that the diffracting intensity of the phase is 4 times as that of non phase grating.The diffracting intensity is modulated by means of varying phase difference. |
