摘    要:为了摸索出土壤中铅的最佳测试条件,比较了几种传统消解体系和测试方法,结果表明:传统消解方法操作比较复杂,回收率不高;用王水-氢氟酸消解-阳极溶出伏安法测定时,方法检出限为0.02 mg/kg,精密度为2.7%~4.5%,加标回收率在88.4%~94.4%之间,用土壤标准物质验证,测定值在标准值范围内;王水-氢氟酸消解对土壤中铅的浸出效率较大,步骤简单,易于操作,减少了试剂的用量和对环境的污染;用阳极溶出伏安法测定消解液中痕量铅,无需加入基体改进剂,回收率较高。因此,王水-氢氟酸消解-阳极溶出伏安法测定土壤中铅的方法方便准确,适用于土壤样品的检测。

Abstract:In order to find out the optimal test conditions for lead in soil, several traditional digestion systems and testing methods of lead in the soil are compared. It is found that the traditional digestion method is more complex and the recovery is not high; when measured by aqua-hydrofluoric acid digestion-anodic dissolution voltammetry, the detection limit of the method was 0.02 mg/kg, the precision density was 2.7%~4.5%, and the recovery rate was between 88.4%~94.4%, the test value was within the standard value range when verified by the soil standard substance; the leaching efficiency of lead by aqua hydrofluoric acid is larger; the steps are simple and feasible, the amount of reagents and the pollution to the environment are reduced; after the determination of trace lead in the solution by anodic stripping voltammetry, there is no need to add matrix modifier but with a high recovery rate. Therefore, the determination of lead in soil by aqua regia hydrofluoric acid digestion anodic stripping voltammetry is convenient and accurate, and is suitable for the detection of soil samples.
