摘    要:低压铸造工艺是一种近净成型技术,在金属基复合材料制备中具有广泛的应用和发展前景。概述了目前利用低压铸造技术制备铝基复合材料的研究进展,重点阐述了复合材料的充型基本理论和铸造工艺研究中存在的问题,并提出了今后需要重点研究的方向。

Abstract:Low-pressure casting is a kind of near net shape technology. It has been widely applied for preparing metal matrix composites with promising prospects. The research progress of fabricating aluminum matrix composites by using low-pressure casting is summarized. The theory of mold-filling for metal matrix composites is mainly elaborated. The problems in casting process are pointed out. The main research direction in the future is proposed.
