铜排表面质量的影响因素及控制方法

摘    要:通过对铜排质量投诉信息的统计分析可知,划伤、擦伤、凹坑和色泽不均匀等表面缺陷是铜排产品质量投诉的主要原因。通过对生产过程中铜排表面质量的主要影响因素进行分析,对生产工艺进行优化与改进,产品表面质量得到明显提升。

Abstract:Based on the statistical analysis of complaint information of copper busbar quality, surface defects such as scratches, scratches, pits and inhomogeneous colors are the main reasons for the complaints about copper busbar qualities. The production processes are optimized and promoted by analyzing the main influencing factors on the surface quality of copper busbar during manufacture. The surface quality of product has been obviously improved.
