摘    要:为避免农村公路路侧安全隐患的盲目设防或过度设防,以江苏省南通市为例,针对常见的路侧临水、路侧边坡、路侧临渠三种安全隐患类型,通过分析路侧安全隐患类型的影响因素和安全隐患,以影响因素为量化指标,构建安全风险分级模型.采用危险度值量化安全隐患类型的风险等级,安全风险等级由低到高分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级,对应的安全防护目标分为:警示防护、轻度防护、高度防护,由此提出不同安全风险等级对应的改善对策和处置措施.以实际路侧安全隐患路段为例,采用安全风险分级方法,提出方案设计要点和方案设计示例,以验证处置措施的可行性.

Safety Engineering Design for Roadside Safety of Rural Road Based on Risk Grade

Abstract:In order to avoid blind design or excessive design for roadside safety hazard of rural road, taking Nantong city, Jiangsu province as an example, this paper puts forward three types of safety hazards including roadside water, roadside slope, and roadside canal. Through analyzing the involved factors and hidden risks, this paper takes the factors as quantitative indicators, then establishes the risk grade model, and takes the risk value HB to quantify the risk grade. Safety risk grade from low to high is divided into class I, II, III, and the corresponding safety protection targets include warning protection, medium protection and highly protection. Thus, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for different risk grades. Taking the actual roadside hazard for example, this paper takes the method of risk grade to present the design points and design examples, and verifies the feasibility of the treatment measures.
