摘    要:100ZG型渣浆泵具有耐磨、耐腐蚀、运行效率高等优点,被广泛应用于冶金、电力、石油等生产部门。由于输送介质的多样性和复杂性.使得对该类型渣浆泵的理论研究还落后于普通清水泵。本文采用工程上常用的Mixture多相流模型以及扩展的k-ε模型,利用改进的SIMPLE算法进行求解。对该类渣浆泵的整体固相速度分布、静压和总压分布进行模拟,从而得出压力和速度的变化规律并对渣浆泵内部许多重要过流部件进行能量损失分析,为该类型渣浆泵的性能研究提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract:100 ZG slurry pump have many advantages such as wear-resistance,corrosion-resistance and high efficiency,it is widely used in metallurgy,power,oil and other productive sectors. Because of the deversity and complexity of transmission medium,theoretical research of this type slurry pump lagged behind the general clean water pump. In this paper.by means of Mixture multiphase flow model commonly used in project and expanded k-ε model,as well as use improved SIMPLE algorithm to solve them. Integral solid phase velocity distribution,static pressure distribution and total pressure distribution of this type slurry pump are simulated to arrive at change regularity of pressure and velocity. Energy loss analysis of interior flow units are also be done. They can provide some certain theoretical basis for the performance research of this type slurry pump.
