抗盐剂浸种对盐抑制玉米幼苗生长的缓解效应

摘    要:抗盐剂浸种使盐胁迫的玉米幼苗-SH增加,而相对电导率下降,用抗盐剂处理的叶片Na^+含量下降,而Ca^2+和K^+增加,在盐胁迫条件下,抗盐剂处理叶片的气孔导度、蒸腾速率和光合速度者比对照高,抗盐剂处理的幼苗在盐胁迫下比对照有更高的生长速率和更多的干物质积累,从而为在盐碱地上获得更高产量奠定了基础。

Abstract:SH content was increased by seed -soaking with Plant Salt Resister (PSR)in salt-Stressed maize seedlings ,and relative electric conductivity of cells tric conductiy of cells was decreased. Proline content wasincreased and osmotic potential was decreased in the leaves by the treatment of seed -soaking with PSR, Nacontent was decreased, and Ca and K contents were increased in the leaves treated with PSR,The stomatal conductivity ,transpiration rate and photosynthetic rate of the leaves treated with PSR were higher thancontrol under salt stree. The seedlings treated with PSR had highcr growth rate and more dry matter weightthan control under salt stress,which lays a foundation for getting more output under salt stress.
