| 摘 要： | 本文在危机管理的理论基础之上,把旅游危机的生命周期也划分为隐患期,发生持续期和修复期三个阶段.对各个阶段可能会发生的情况做了分析,并阐述了各部门在不同阶段应采取的措施.
