三辊减径过程中的变形场
摘    要:采用基于U.L法的三维弹塑性大变形有限元理论,建立了孔型函数与产品断面形状设计的一体化分析模型;深入分析了无缝管三辊减径时在近似椭圆孔型约束下单道次轧制时的瞬态应变场;在微机上实现了大型有限元分析及图形处理,为产品工艺参数及孔型设计参数提供分析依据.

Abstract:integrative analysis model on the pass function and product crosssection shape design is created by using the 3-D elastic-plastic large strain finiteelement technique based on U.L method.The instaneous strain fields are deeplystudied during 3-Roll reducing in the case of the single mill rolling withapproximate ellipse pass restraint. The program and its preprocess andpostprocess program is developed on the microcomputer.Some technologyparameter and pass design parameter can be given on the computer.
