高压芒刺静电场对玉米种子发芽影响的实验研究

摘    要:探讨了高压芒刺静电场对玉米种子萌发过程中的形态及各项指标的影响.将培养在水域中的玉米种子经高压芒刺静电场连续处理4 d,取出置于培养条件适中的环境中使其发芽,观察测量其发芽率、芽长,计算了发芽指数和发芽势.结果表明:处理后的玉米种子的发芽指数、发芽势、发芽率和芽长都明显增加,且对距离芒刺尖端近的种子萌发的促进作用尤其显著.因此,合适的高压芒刺静电场预处理玉米种子,能有效地提高发芽指数和种子活力.

Abstract:To explore the effects of high voltage prick electrostatic fields(HVPEF) on sprout of corn seeds and some parameters.Corn seeds,which were in water,were treated under HVPEF for 4 days,and then took them out and put them in a suitable damp place for sprouting.The sprout ratio,tendency and index of seeds,and the length of sprouts were observed and measured.The results showed that all the sprout ratio,tendency and index of seeds,and the length of sprouts significantly increased and those near by the tips of pricks especially significantly increased.Therefore,the sprout index and vitality of corn seeds may be effectively increased by HVPEF.
